Subscription terms & SEPA authorization
Information about our recurring payments via SEPA Direct Debit
1. What is a Livera subscription?
A Livera subscription is a recurring order where you automatically receive a new package at the delivery frequency you choose. You pay automatically via SEPA Direct Debit — a European payment method where we withdraw the amount from your bank account.
By subscribing, you give Onlinetrends V.O.F. (operating under the name Livera) a recurring authorization to debit the amounts owed from your account.
2. Available subscription options
- Livera Shield — Single subscription: 1 + 1 Free pouch, delivery every 30 days — €39.98 per delivery
- Livera Shield — Double subscription: 2 + 2 Free pouches, delivery every 30 days — €69.98 per delivery
- Livera Shield — 90-day subscription: 1.5 + 1.5 Free pouches, delivery every 90 days — €43.98 per delivery
The price per delivery is always stated on the product page and in the order confirmation you receive by email.
3. First payment & subsequent payments
The first payment occurs at the time of ordering. Subsequent payments will be automatically debited on the day of the next scheduled delivery. You will always receive an email announcing the next delivery and the amount to be debited, at least 3 working days before the debit date.
4. SEPA authorization text
By placing a subscription, you agree to the following recurring authorization:
Standard SEPA authorization (recurring)
By granting this authorization, you give Onlinetrends V.O.F. permission to send continuous direct debit instructions to your bank to withdraw an amount from your account, and you give your bank permission to execute continuous direct debit instructions from Onlinetrends V.O.F. in accordance with the instructions of Onlinetrends V.O.F. If you disagree with this debit, you can have it reversed. Please contact your bank within 8 weeks after the debit. Ask your bank about the conditions.
The unique authorization reference (mandate ID) will be sent to you by email after placing your order.
5. Canceling or pausing
You can cancel or pause your subscription free of charge at any time, provided this is communicated at least 2 working days before the next collection date.

After cancellation, you will receive a confirmation by email and no further amounts will be collected.
6. Price changes
In case of a price change, you will be informed at least 30 days in advance by email. You then have the option to cancel the subscription free of charge before the change takes effect.

8. Applicable law & disputes
Dutch law applies to these subscription terms. In case of disputes, we will initially try to reach an amicable solution. If this is not successful, the competent court in Rotterdam has exclusive jurisdiction.
